保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 Nectin 2 is a single-pass type I membrane glycoprotein with two Ig-like C2-type domains and an Ig-like V-type domain. This protein is one of the plasma membrane components of adherens junctions. It also serves as an entry for certain mutant strains of herpes simplex virus and pseudorabies virus, and it is involved in cell to cell spreading of these viruses. Variations in this gene have been associated with differences in the severity of multiple sclerosis. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized. Can form trans-heterodimers with PVRL3/nectin-3.

Function : Probable cell adhesion protein.Subunit : Can form trans-heterodimers with PVRL3/nectin-3. Interacts with CD226. Binds with low affinity to TIGIT. Interacts with herpes simplex virus 1 (HHV-1) mutant Rid1, herpes simplex virus 1 (HHV-2) and pseudorabies virus (PRV) envelope glycoprotein D; functions as an entry receptor for these viruses.Subcellular Location : Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein.Tissue Specificity : Ubiquitous.Similarity : Belongs to the nectin family.Contains 2 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains.Contains 1 Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain.细胞粘附分子Nectin-2（CD112）是一种同源性非钙依赖型的CAM，属免疫球蛋白超家族，由nectin-1、nectin-2、nectin-3组成，广泛存在于、正常细胞，神经细胞、内皮细胞等，CD112也是单纯(HSV-1和HSV-2)的受体，具有同型或异型细胞粘附活性.在中呈现高表达。
