保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 NR2F2 is involved in the regulation of the apolipoprotein A-I gene transcription. It binds to DNA site A as a homodimer. It belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family, NR2 subfamily. It has roles in angiogenesis, vascular remodeling and heart development.

Function : Coup (chicken ovalbumin upstream promoter) transcription factor binds to the ovalbumin promoter and, in conjunction with another protein (S300-II) stimulates initiation of transcription. Binds to both direct repeats and palindromes of the 5'-AGGTCA-3' motif. Represses transcriptional activity of LHCG.Subunit : Binds DNA as dimer; homodimer and probable heterodimer with NR2F6. Interacts with COPS2.Subcellular Location : Nucleus (Probable).Similarity : Belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family.
