保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 NELF-A (negative elongation factor A), NELF-B, NELF-C, NELF-D and NELF-E are components of the NELF complex, which is a a structure that negatively regulates Pol II-dependent transcription elongation. Control of transcription elongation requires a complex interplay between positive transcription elongation factor b (P-TEFb) and negative transcription elongation factors, DSIF and NELF. DSIF and NELF, act as negative transcription elongation factors by increasing the time the polymerase spends at pause sites. DSIF/NELF inhibition of transcription is prevented by P-TEFb in cooperation with FACT.

Function : Couples NMDA receptor signaling to the nucleus. Influences outgrowth of olfactory axons and migration of LHRH neurons.Subunit : Interacts with CABP1 and KPNA1Subcellular Location : Cell membrane. Nucleus. Found on the outside of the LHRH cell membrane and axons projecting from the olfactory pit and epithelium. Myristoylation is a prerequisite for extranuclear localization.Tissue Specificity : Highly expressed in adult and fetal brain, testis and kidney.DISEASE : Defects in NELF may be associated with idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (IHH) [MIM:146110].
