保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 NSBP1 binds specifically to nuclear core particles and acts as a transcriptional activator. [Subcellular Location] Nucleus. [Tissue Specificity] Widely expressed with highest levels in submaxillary gland, thymus, kidney and liver and lowest levels in brain, lung, pancreas and eye. [Developmental Stage] Highest levels are found in 7-day-old embryos. Levels in the 7-day-old embryo are 4-fold higher than in the adult and almost 10-fold higher than in later embryonic stages. [SIMILARITY] Belongs to the HMGN family.

Function : Preferentially binds to euchromatin and modulates cellular transcription by counteracting linker histone-mediated chromatin compaction (By similarity).Subcellular Location : Nucleus.
