保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

This protein participates in DNA replication and may play a role in modulating chromatin formation and contribute to the regulation of cell proliferation. The binding of sequence-specific DNA binding proteins to human nucleosome assembly protein 1 may be an important step contributing to the activation of transcription. May be involved in modulating chromatin formation and contribute to regulation of cell proliferation.

Identified by mass spectrometry in melanosome fractions from stage I to stage IV.Tissue Specificity : Ubiquitously expressed.Post-translational modifications : Polyglutamylated by TTLL4, a modification that occurs exclusively on glutamate residues and results in polyglutamate chains on the gamma-carboxyl group.
