保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 PCDHAC2 (Protocadherin alpha C2) is a member of the protocadherin family, a subgroup of the cadherin superfamily. Protocadherins are neural cadherin-like cell adhesion proteins that are integral membrane proteins. Their specific functions are unknown but they most likely play a critical role in the establishment and function of specific neuronal connections in the brain. PCDHAC2 is one of fifteen tandemly arranged genes within the alpha cluster of protocadherin genes on 5q31.

Function : Potential calcium-dependent cell-adhesion protein. May be involved in the establishment and maintenance of specific neuronal connections in the brain.

Subcellular Location : Cell membrane. Single-pass type I membrane protein.

Similarity : Contains 6 cadherin domains.
