保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 PHLDA1 is involved in regulation of apoptosis induced by signaling of T cell receptor in murine lympocytes. As any potent regulator with pleiotropic effects related to its overexpression, PHLDA attracts attention in both cell biology research and human tissue pathology.

Function : Seems to be involved in regulation of apoptosis. May be involved in detachment-mediated programmed cell death. May mediate apoptosis during neuronal development. May be involved in regulation of anti-apoptotic effects of IGF1. May be involved in translational regulation.

Subunit : Interacts with RPL14, EIF3S7 and PABPC4.

Subcellular Location : Cytoplasm. Cytoplasmic vesicle membrane. Nucleus, nucleolus. Note=Colocalizes with intracellular vesicles.

Similarity : Contains 1 PH domain.
