保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 Plexin A2 is a coreceptor for SEMA3A and is necessary for signaling by class 3 semaphorins and subsequent remodeling of the cytoskeleton. This coreceptor plays a role in axon guidance, invasive growth and cell migration. Class 3 semaphorins bind to a complex composed of a neuropilin and a plexin in which the plexin modulates the affinity of the complex for specific semaphorins, and its cytoplasmic domain is required for the activation of down-stream signaling events in the cytoplasm.

Function : Coreceptor for SEMA3A and SEMA6A. Necessary for signaling by SEMA6A and class 3 semaphorins and subsequent remodeling of the cytoskeleton. Plays a role in axon guidance, invasive growth and cell migration. Class 3 semaphorins bind to a complex composed of a neuropilin and a plexin. The plexin modulates the affinity of the complex for specific semaphorins, and its cytoplasmic domain is required for the activation of down-stream signaling events in the cytoplasm (By similarity).

Subunit : Homodimer. The PLXNA2 homodimer interacts with a SEMA6A homodimer, giving rise to a heterotetramer. Interacts directly with NRP1 and NRP2 (By similarity). Interacts with RND1.

Subcellular Location : Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein (By similarity).

Similarity : Belongs to the plexin family.

Contains 4 IPT/TIG domains.

Contains 1 Sema domain.
