保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 PMPCB is a member of the peptidase M16 family and encodes a protein with a zinc-binding motif. PMPCB is located in the mitochondrial matrix and catalyzes the cleavage of the leader peptides of precursor proteins newly imported into the mitochondria, though it only functions as part of a heterodimeric complex.

Function : Cleaves presequences (transit peptides) from mitochondrial protein precursors.

Subunit : Heterodimer of alpha and beta subunits.

Subcellular Location : Mitochondrion matrix.
