保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 The function of RASSF4 has not yet been determined but it may involve a role in tumor suppression. RASSF4 may act as a KRAS effector protein and may promote apoptosis and cell cycle arrest. Alternative splicing of this gene results in several transcript variants; however, most of the variants have not been fully described.

Function : Potential tumor suppressor. May act as a KRAS effector protein. May promote apoptosis and cell cycle arrest.

Subunit : Interacts directly with activated KRAS in a GTP-dependent manner.

Tissue Specificity : Widely expressed. Frequently down-regulated in tumor cell lines.

Similarity : Contains 1 Ras-associating domain.

Contains 1 SARAH domain.
